Ordering and service

It is so easy – how to get your 24/7 all-year subscription ticket in a few steps.

The choice is yours: In a HVV service centre with personal advice or conveniently from home.

Ordering your annual subscription season ticket in person – and off you go!

You can order all season tickets at HVV service centres. If you wish personal advice on which ticket to get, we will be happy to advise you.

  1. Come into one of our many HVV service centres.
  2. Please bring a photo which shows you to advantage and an EC Card or an ID with you to complete the transaction.
  3. Schoolchildren, students, apprentices, senior citizens or holders of a Sozialkarte can get concessionary rates on the subscription season tickets. For this, you need proof of eligibility or, where appropriate, the Sozialkarte. For the senior citizen’s ticket from 63 upwards you need to present some proof of your age.
  4. If you so wish, you can already travel before the first day of validity of your subscription season ticket with your Start Card – naturally, already at the favourable subscription price
  5. We will send you your personal pass by post.

Ordering your annual subscription season ticket online (only in German)

You can order subscriptions for 24/7 Season Tickets and off-peak season tickets conveniently in the Online Shop.

  1. Go to the header Tickets in our Shop.
  2. Choose the type of ticket you want and your personal area of validity. You can use the HVV Tariff overview or our tariff advisor on the results screen of the HVV timetable info for this.
  3. Upload your digital passport photo.
  4. If you so wish, you can already travel before the first day of validity of your subscription season ticket with your Start Card – naturally, already at the favourable subscription price.
  5. We will send you your personal pass, consisting of a HVV personal pass and the sticker, by post.
