All-year season tickets for school children, students, apprentices/trainees and senior citizens

For these tickets, you need to prove your entitlement to them. For that reason they can’t be sold in the Online Shop.
For the all-year season ticket Senior Citizens 63+ you need some proof of your age, e.g. a passport or ID.

If you take a passport photo, EC card, your passport or ID and, where needed, your filled out entitlement form along to one of our HVV service centres, they will issue you with a starter ticket for your all-year season ticket, You can travel immediately with this at the cheaper all-year price.  

Social Ticket

As a citizen of Hamburg, you can get a subsidy of 21.70 € per person and month towards the cost of HVV monthly and all-year season tickets as well as on the ProfiTicket from the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg with the Social Ticket.

Just hand in the filled out original entitlement form for your Sozialkarte at one of the HVV service centres or send it to the following address before the 5th of the month before your reduced-price ticket starts:
