Please note that if you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do it at the latest by the 10th of tthe month so that it becomes effective at the end of that month. And this is how you do it:
hvv Deutschlandticket in the hvv switch App
- You can find the item "Cancel subscription" in the hvv switch App under "Journeys" and there under "Current". You can "Cancel ticket" there.
- Alternatively, you can cancel the ticket via the contact form.
hvv Deutschlandticket on a chipcard
- If you have your hvv Deutschlandticket on a chipcard, you can cancel it directly in your meinhvv client account.
- Alternatively, you can cancel the ticket via the contact form.
hvv Jobticket (incl. apprentices/trainees) and hvv Klimaticket
- You can cancel your hvv Jobticket or hvv Klimaticket yourself in the Abo Portal.
- The easiest way to do this is in your wallet. For this, select the item “Ticket details” in the detail view of your ticket and then the item "Link to Webticket". Alternatively you can access the Abo Portal via the link or the QR-Code in the invitation you got from your company for your registration.
- After logging in to the Abo Portal, click on the ticket and then scroll down to the bottom. Click on the button “To Cancel Subscription” there and choose the cancellation date you want.
- Alternatively, speak directly to your employer or the company where you are doing your apprenticeship about cancelling your hvv Jobticket.
Deutschlandsemesterticket
The Deutschlandsemesterticket is an integral part of your Semesterticket. Therefore speak directly to your university or college of higher education if you have any questions about it.
Tickets for school students (depending on place of residence)
- Hamburg: You can cancel the free hvv Deutschlandticket for school students directly in your meinhvv client account or via the contact form.
- Lower Saxony:
- You can cancel subscription school passes for school students in Lower Saxony which were bought on the free market directly in your meinhvv client account or via the contact form.
- To cancel subscriptions financed by your school authorities or the local district council, please speak to your school or the local district council.
- Schleswig-Holstein:
- You can cancel subscription school passes for school students in Schleswig-Holstein which were bought on the free market directly in your meinhvv client account or via the contact form.
- Subscriptions financed by your school authorities or the local district council can be cancelled via the school pass portal "Olav" (in German). An exception here is Kreis Steinburg: there please speak to your school or the local district council.
- Deutschland-Schultickets can be cancelled via the school pass portal "Olav" (in German).
