Benefits can be redeemed from our partners. To do this, you need to show the appropriate personalized coupon and your valid hvv Deutschlandticket (to verify that you are who you say you are). You can find all the details about redeeming the coupon directly on the page describing the benefits from our partners.
The benefits you gain under hvv Plus are not transferable and you are not allowed to pass them on to third persons to use. The benefits are personalized.
It is not possible at the moment to load the benefits in an electronic wallet.
The rules for redeeming the benefits vary according to the partner and the benefit concerned. You can find out whether a benefit can be redeemed multiple times or only once by looking at the pages with the details of our partners.
The period of validity of the benefits is noted on the coupons.
For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible at the moment to redeem the coupon digitally in the outlets. For that reason, you need to print it out.
The coupons fo the benefits are only shown to users who are registered and logged in.
You can use the coupons as long as your hvv Deutschlandticket is still valid. If the period of validity of the coupon exceeds that of your hvv Deutschlandticket, the validity of the coupon ends together with that of the hvv Deutschlandticket.
Questions about the Mepal lunch box
If you are among the first 30,000 persons to register for hvv Plus who have given their consent to receive advertising material, you will receive a one-off coupon by email which can be redeemed at our partner BUDNI within the period of validity noted on it. You will also need to show your valid hvv Deutschlandticket along with the coupon.
Data privacy is very important to us. The coupon for the complimentary Mepal Lunchbox is sent to you by email. We are not allowed to send an email without your consent to receiving advertising material.
The precondition for qualifying to get a complimentary drinking bottle is giving your consent to receiving advertising material.
